Reflexive Chronicles.
Hello friends. A warm welcome to new readers and subscribers. I am glad you are here.
As the year draws to a conclusion, I find myself in a self contained, meditative and contemplative spirit. Pernicious to my mind is the debilitating state of affairs we have witnessed across different boards: War inducing geopolitical concerns in Europe, pocket slithering inflation and interest rates globally, plunging financial markets globally across major asset classes, and reccessing economies, of which the gravity of all has purged a lot to emotional, mental and spiritual decay.
As I try to round all of these considerations to a single point of reference, one question comes to mind ‘How do we live efficiently and effectively in a world where the known and fixed have become unknowns and variables?’
How do we maintain and grow assurance?
It comes to mind that we are called to be adaptable,we have to employ reflexivity. As Bruce Lee said;
‘ Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup’
We have to torch the way forward.
As I pen my last letter to you this year, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for being part of curiosity.
I wish you a pleasant festive season.
